Recycling Printer Cartridges
In partnership with Reclaim-it a leading Electronic Waste Management Company, we have developed a scheme to turn your empty inkjet cartridges into valuable funds to help continue our important work.
Did you know that at present approximately 75% of all printer cartridges are disposed of as normal waste when in fact a very high proportion of them can be recycled for reuse reducing the environmental burden on landfill sites and the energy used in their manufacture.
Reclaim-it will contribute up to £2.00 for every inkjet cartridge returned from the list below and in so doing help us continue our good work whilst at the same time helping the environment.
To help all you have to do is:
- Check to see if the cartridges you use in your printer at home or in the office are on the list shown below.
- If so please ring Salim at YCIS and request a supply of postage paid envelopes.
- When your printer cartridge needs changing simply place it in the the postage paid envelope, seal, and drop it in the post, that’s all there is to it.
The cartridges we are most looking for are:
- Hewlet Packard HP51626A / HP51625A / HP51629A / HP51633M / HP51645A / HP51649A / HPC6578A / HPC6614A / HPC6615A
