The whole process involves the patient and their family working with our team of dedicated professionals in the hospital and at home. This demands a high level of commitment from all concerned.

In order to support each family in Yorkshire and the North of England effectively, we forge close links between them, ourselves and their local professionals. Partnership with families and local professionals is a vital part of providing a coherent individual service.
